Before an operating partner role in the restaurant franchise industry with a private equity firm based in Atlanta, Ryan spent 6 years as a Fire Fighter in the United States Air Force and 2 years in the Air Force Reserves as a Civil Engineer Assistant.

Ryan’s experience is working in the turnaround industry as a consultant to companies that need restructuring or 13-week cash flow model implementation help. Ryan successfully led the 363 sale and wind down of a 2-million-dollar bicycle shop that had been serving the local community for 60 plus years.
From 2015 to 2019, Ryan was the Founder & CEO of Incredible Jumps, a catering and entertainment company that held contracts with local municipality and non-profits. After some growth, the company was eventually sold. Ryan also founded Agape Youth & Teen Center, a 501(c)3 after school program that was founded to serve low to moderate income children in his hometown. This was the first of its kind to ever be founded in his hometown. Ryan started both companies before the ripe age of 24, all while serving Active Duty in the United States Air Force.
