ScaleCo Management LLC Acquires TPI Efficiency

ScaleCo Management LLC is pleased to announce its investment in, and partnership with, Total Procurement Intelligence (“TPI Efficiency”). This is ScaleCo’s 22nd platform investment and third investment from ScaleCo’s committed Fund IV.

Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, TPI Efficiency was founded in 2009 by Mr. Roger Zona. Zona has developed TPI Efficiency into a robust operating platform focused on providing expert energy procurement services and cost-reduction strategies for their clients’ energy spending (natural gas, electric, etc.) and LED lighting installations nationwide. TPI Efficiency has a significant Ohio presence, recently announcing multi-year partnerships with the Cleveland Browns and Columbus Crew.

The partnership with TPI Efficiency aligns with ScaleCo’s thesis of investing in technology-enabled and scalable business service companies drivable from Cleveland, Ohio.
