Overview

Heartland Companies was an industrial park in default of publicly traded bonds, bank and infrastructure debt. ScaleCo gained the title to the land and buildings inexpensively, complete the improvements and sold at market value once the litigations was cleared.

How did ScaleCo support?

ScaleCo assisted to complete the infrastructure in the park including 3 retention ponds, signage, construction of an intersection and installation of a stop light into the park off an Illinois state highway.
