Cap City Dental Lab Acquires Wolf Dental Studio
ScaleCo Capital Management is excited to announce on October 31st Cap City Dental Lab (“Cap City”) acquired Wolf Dental Studio (“Wolf”), its third add-on investment. With over 40 years of industry experience in the Midwest, Wolf Dental Studio has established a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and high-quality products through innovative technology.
Founded in 1999, Cap City Dental Lab specializes in providing an elevated level of service and dental restorations through technology to dentists, dental-service organizations, and other dental labs. Committed to utilizing high-quality FDA and ADA materials, Cap City aims to enhance customer satisfaction while continuing to build a strong financial position in the market. Acquired in July 2018, ScaleCo continues to support Cap City’s leadership with acquisitions of diverse products and expansion of geographic market presence.
Building upon their previous acquisition of Bolton Dental Lab in August 2022, and Perfect Fit Dental in May 2023, Wolf strategically aligns with Cap City’s ongoing growth strategy. This latest acquisition enables Cap City to introduce new product offerings, leverage operations through technology, and elevate performance standards for their customers.
