Cap City Dental Lab Acquires Perfect Fit Dental

ScaleCo Capital Management is pleased to announce that on Monday, May 1st, Cap City Dental Lab (“Cap City”), a ScaleCo Fund III Company, acquired Perfect Fit Dental (“Perfect Fit”), it’s second add-on investment. Headquartered in Janesville, WI, Perfect Fit Dental Studio is one of Wisconsin’s leading cosmetic and restorative dental laboratories, serving dentists and oral surgeons in the Midwest and surrounding communities. Dedicated to the highest standard of quality and esthetics, Perfect Fit has extensive knowledge and expertise in fixed cosmetic dentistry, including zirconia and titanium custom abutments.

Cap City Dental Lab, established in 1999, is a national dental lab that provides high-quality dental implant products to dentists, dental-service organizations, and other dental labs. Cap City utilizes high quality FDA and ADA materials to craft their dental products, and ultimately increase patient satisfaction and dental labs bottom line. Acquired in July 2018, ScaleCo continues to support Cap City’s leadership with acquisitions of diverse products and expansion of geographic market presence.

Building upon their previous acquisition of Bolton Dental Lab in August 2022, Perfect Fit strategically aligns with Cap City Dental Labs’ ongoing growth strategy. This acquisition allows Cap City to offer new products, increase operational capacity, and enhance the performance for their customers and patients.
