Safety Controls Technology Acquires Global Safety Group, Inc.
ScaleCo Capital (“ScaleCo”) is excited to announce that on August 3rd, 2023, Safety Controls Technology (“SCT”), a ScaleCo Fund IV Company, has acquired Global Safety Group, Inc. (“Global Safety”). Global Safety Group has been renowned for its exceptional consulting services, delivering strategic planning and innovative solutions to clients with a focus on efficiency and results.
Safety Controls Technology has involved the founder of Global Safety, Jason Stearman, to join the organization as the Vice-President of Safety and Environmental Services. With his credentials as a CSP and CSHM, and experience as an entrepreneur, Mr. Stearman brings a wealth of expertise to SCT. ScaleCo Capital is confident that his leadership will drive further growth and success for the organization.
As a result of this acquisition, SCT will open a new office location in Biloxi, Mississippi, led by Mr. Stearman. The Mississippi office will further SCT’s geographical expansion, strengthen its market presence, and positively impact the organizations’ ability to serve clients effectively.
