Meet ScaleCo’s Advisory Board - Jim Marra

Mr. Marra is a seasoned private equity executive with extensive experience sourcing and executing investments in the lower middle market. He was a Partner and founding member of Blue Point Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm focused on control-oriented investments in businesses across the industrial, business services, consumer, and value-added distribution sectors.

At Blue Point, Mr. Marra led the firm’s business development efforts, identifying and cultivating new investment opportunities. Prior to co-founding Blue Point, he worked at Citicorp Capital Resources, an in-house private equity group of Citicorp.

Mr. Marra received his B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
